Everyone's idea of a perfect day or a fulfilling life will be different which is why my approach is dependent on your objectives and needs.


Each of us has the skills within us to thrive but throughout our lives we will face challenges, trauma or other adverse life experiences that can obscure these in shadows or fill us with doubt or despair.


Therapy is the practice of gaining clarity of your experiences and discovering these tools within to move forward from these experiences feeling lighter and confident.

Life is full of experiences that can surprise, frighten, challenge and fatigue us. And we don’t have to face these on our own. Our struggles can present themselves in a variety of ways:

  • Anger and stress
